why do i keep getting junk spam in my pm box

i keep getting pm message from fucking idiots tell me to go to some suspicious links. does anyone else have this problem? it is very annoying!

i already complained to admin who promise to ban the account but i guess they just keep on opening up many new accoutns to keep on spamming
