I am sorry, but I do not think we are on the same page here. Is your drug approved by health Canada under part 2 of food and drug act? Do you have a permit to import your drugs from Hong Kong?
Drugs legal in hk may not be legal in Canada, there are many examples, I don't have to list them. GMP means nothing unless the government approve this drug.
For the sake of everyone's health, please show us the documentations of your drug.
Or alternatively, sell it on kijiji and direct us there from this forum.
I work close with ministry of labour and health Canada, they are very serious about this matter.
Please don't put our forum in this type of risk.
